Troubleshooting

Miami Magic product not working as expected

Ensure the pressure regulator is securely fixed to the cylinder, and the hose is tightly attached. If issues persist, contact us for further assistance at sales@miamimagic.com.au

Cream produced is too runny

Check for a minimum fat content of 28% in the product. If still runny, shake the dispenser upside down for 10 seconds
for desired thickness. Add more nitrous oxide if needed.

Cream produced is too thick

If too thick, the product may be too cold. Shake the dispenser for 10-15 seconds or let it reach room temperature. Avoid overshaking.

No cream is produced

More nitrous oxide may be needed, or the dispenser is clogged. If clogged, run the nozzle under warm water and shake vigorously.

Gas is escaping from the nozzle

Ensure components are tightly in place. If leakage continues, the silicone seal may need replacing. Contact us for assistance at sales@miamimagic.com.au

Cream dispenser cannot be unscrewed

Do not attempt to unscrew under
pressure. Run the top under warm water to release dense liquid and allow for
unscrewing.

Feel free to reach out if you have
further questions or concerns. Happy cream whipping!
