Is an N2O Cannister right for me?

If you're looking to save time and achieve consistent results every time your whip cream or infuse food, then a nitrous oxide gas canister is for you. If you're a home user, you will be fine with just one canister. If you're a cafe, bar or other professional establishment in the food & drinks industry, buying in bulk will be more cost-effective.

How many servings can I get from one InfusionMax tank?

This will depend entirely on much whipping cream you use, and how much you typically get from a cream charger serving. That being said, the Infusionmax 580g canister contains around 80x the amount compared to a standard-sized 8g canister.

Are Infusion Max Tanks Safe to Use?

Infusion Max canisters are completely safe to use assuming they have the appropriate set-up of pressure regulator, hose and dispenser.

Why should I use a pressure regulator?

The pressure regulator lets you control the amount of gas released into your dispenser which is great if you find yourself binning half-used cream chargers. If you use just a hose and not a pressure regulator, you can risk overfilling the dispenser which can damage it.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 1:30pm AEST on a working day will be processed that day and we will endeavour to dispatch on the same day, depending on our delivery agent. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the supplier's control the supplier will inform you as soon as possible.
